12.7 million tonnes of wastes are dumped into Hong Kong ocean yearly but the government hadn't done anything about it for years.
Greenpeace thus delivered the legislators a reminder of this pollution issue by mailing them each a polluted soap, which is made from the water sample and trashes collected from 10 different beaches around Hong Kong. 500+ other pieces were distributed and sold publicly to raise awareness city-wide.
