Mega Sales Bot: Gamified Sales

Q4 is the craziest time of the year for eComm sales, deals & promotions! The distribution of limited promo offers has now turned into a series of mini games via one-step bot conversation.

 

Tested with a wide range of eComm clients (Marketplace, Gadget, Beauty, Bag & Accessory) selling to different APAC markets (Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan & Hong Kong), a packaged solution was created to gamify promos through simple but fun Interactivity, maximising user engagements during MSD peaks.

We were lucky to experience the beta launch of MTN during the test. Users are prompted to accept the brand's request, authorising them the right to text you within the next 24 hours. If users share with friends, they can get an extra coupon with the member-gets-member mechanism.
 

The bot flow is extremely simple! No bullshits are needed when it comes to mega sales offers. All we do is to reduce friction in the conversational commerce journey, while keeping the fun!

 

Hence, we are only using the lightweight interactions.

The pilot tests have proven results in driving immediate conversions and mid-funnel user engagements, with an extraordinary +60% ROAS Lift, +76.8% Sales Lift & +73.5% Initiate-Checkout Lift.
